Frank began his education in Radiologic Technology at Peconic Bay School of Radiologic Technology in 1996. He completed the requirements of the programin 1998, and began his career as a Staff Radiographer at First Choice Medical Care in Holbrook, New York. He performed Radiography and helped with medical triage of the patients in the facility. He was asked to be an adjunct instructor at his Alma Mater by providing course instruction in Medical Terminology and Film Analysis.

He continued his career as a Staff Radiographer at BAB Radiology in Huntingtonin 2000. As a Staff Radiographer, he was responsible for performing Radiography, Computerized Tomography and Bone Densitometry. At the same time, he attended Suffolk County Community College in Selden, New York and completed the requirements for his Associate of Art degree in Liberal Studies in 2005.

Promoted to Chief Radiographer at BAB Radiology, Frank's responsibilities were expanded to include supervising technologists, maintaining schedules, and meeting the standards of accreditation with the American College of Radiology for Mammography and Computerized Tomography. He also supervised New York State Department of Health inspections of the Radiography machines and United States Food and Drug Administration inspections of the Mammography units.

In 2007, Frank completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Human Services from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue,New York. He was invited to be an Instructor and a Clinical Coordinator at St. John's University's Program of Radiologic Technology. His responsibilities included schedule coordination, supervising clinical responsibilities, and maintaining records of competency for the students in the program. He provided course instruction in Radiographic Anatomy and Positioning, amongst other courses. He also was appointed to be Chairperson of the Subcommittee for Admission to the Radiologic Technology program. He also served as a guest lecturer in the Physician Assistant and Paramedic Programs at St. John's University.

Frank completed his Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from St. Joseph's College, in Patchogue, NY, in August, 2009. During this time, he combined his roots in Radiologic Technology, his undergraduate career in Community Health and Human Services and his management experience as Chief Radiographer.

In May 2010, Frank was appointed Program Director for the School of Radiologic Technology at Peconic Bay Medical Center. He is currently responsible for insuring the objectives of the program are met with the students, performing the administrative needs of the program, supervising the budget, providing career counseling, and course instruction in the curriculum for the program. He is happy to be back at "home" and finds great joy in educating the future generation of Radiologic Technologists.

Frank is currently certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologistsin Radiography and is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, Association of Educators in Imaging and Radiologic Sciences, and the Association of Educators in Radiologic Technology of the State of New York.

He recently completed his graduate work in Social Welfare and Community Health at Stony Brook University.
