Visitor Information

Visiting Rules and Hours

We ask that the number of visitors be limited to two at a time per patient.  Children under 14 are not allowed to visit patient rooms, with the exception of the Maternity Unit, where siblings may visit their new family member(s), and the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In all circumstances, children must be accompanied by an adult.

It is the policy of Peconic Bay Medical Center to provide an environment that promotes healing and a positive experience for all patients and visitors. Patient visitation is an integral part of a patient's hospitalization and can enhance the patient experience. The Medical Center fully supports the right of visitation. Consideration for extended visiting hours can be made in coordination with Nursing.
