Dr. Sultan is one of Long Island's top hip and knee replacement surgeons.  He graduated with highest honors in biological sciences from Harvard University, was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical honor Society at Cornell University Medical College, and was fellowship-trained in hip and knee replacement surgery at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital.

A board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Sultan was selected as one of America's Top Surgeons by the Consumers Research Council of America. He was appointed Chairman of the Operating Room and named Rising Star Physician at Peconic Bay Medical Center in 2010.

Dr. Sultan is also an amateur Concert Pianist who volunteers his time to perform for hospital and community events each year. His performances, posted as Piano Pedies, have been viewed nearly 1 million times on the world wide web.
