The symptoms of diabetes are easy to pass off as something else or ignore entirely. But it's important to be aware of the symptoms so you can begin treatment and start lifestyle changes early. Increased Thirst

People with diabetes often feel thirsty, and the problem is exacerbated if you drink juice soft drinks or chocolate milk. These sugary beverages add extra sugar to your blood.
