Accredited by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), the program is staffed by physical therapists and registered nurses who are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

A typical therapy program includes two to three carefully planned exercise sessions per week for up to 12 weeks. Patients exercise while wearing a heart monitor under close supervision by a registered nurse and physical therapist.
