- Moderna for eligible children 6 months and older
- Pfizer and Moderna for Peconic Bay Medical Group patients 18+ (first, second, third and fourth dose)
Please bring identification and your vaccine card if you will be receiving your second, third, or fourth dose.
Vaccines are given every Wednesday between 4pm - 6pm
