(RIVERHEAD, NY – January 5, 2016) Peconic Bay Medical Center’s President and CEO Andrew J. Mitchell, FACHE has been selected to speak at the 2016 Annual Congress on Leadership of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) in Chicago, Illinois.  ACHE is the national organization of healthcare executives with over 27,000 members.  Mitchell will be joined by Betsy C.
